The service
Crescer Studios designs and builds websites for local businesses — one-time build projects across the Starter, Business, and Premium tiers listed on this site, plus optional ongoing maintenance, SEO, and Google Ads work for clients who want it.
Pricing and what's included
Pricing shown on this site is the one-time build cost for that tier — it covers design, development, and deployment of the site itself. Domain registration and hosting/renewal are billed separately at cost, since those are ongoing services from third parties (a domain registrar, a hosting provider), not something we can offer as a one-time fee. Photography, logo design, ad spend, and ongoing SEO/Ads management are also quoted separately, as noted on the pricing section — nothing here is meant to surprise you later.
Timelines
Project timelines depend on the tier and, more than anything, on how quickly you provide content (copy, images, service details). Delays on your end push the timeline; we'll always tell you where things stand rather than let a date quietly slip.
Ownership
Once a project is paid for and delivered, the website and its domain are yours. The domain is registered in your business's name — we can manage renewal for you if you'd rather not think about it, but you own it either way.
Revisions
Each tier includes a set number of revision rounds during the build (see the pricing section for specifics). Changes requested after a project is marked complete and delivered are treated as new work and quoted separately, unless you're on a maintenance retainer.
No ranking or results guarantees
We build technically sound SEO foundations, but we don't guarantee search rankings, traffic, or lead volume — those depend on factors outside any single website, and anyone who promises otherwise is guessing. The same applies to paid ad performance.
Payment and cancellation
Projects typically require an upfront deposit to begin, with the balance due at delivery — exact terms are agreed per project before work starts. If a project is cancelled partway through, work completed up to that point is billed; the deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
Liability
We build things carefully, but we're not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of your website — lost business, downtime from your hosting provider, or issues with third-party services (payment gateways, booking tools, etc.) integrated into the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
