What we collect
When you submit the free audit form, we collect your website URL and a WhatsApp number, so we can review your site and get back to you. We don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to do that.
How we use it
Information submitted through the site is used only to respond to your enquiry — reviewing the website you shared, and reaching out over WhatsApp or email. We don't sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing.
Third-party services
Form submissions are processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form-relay service, which forwards them to our email — it doesn't retain your data beyond delivering that message. Once analytics is enabled on this site, aggregate, non-identifying usage data (pages visited, general location, device type) may be collected through Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.
Cookies
This site doesn't use cookies for advertising or tracking you across other sites. Analytics, once connected, may set standard first-party cookies to distinguish visits.
Data retention
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of the project and any ongoing maintenance relationship. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at crescer.studios@gmail.com and we'll handle it directly — no automated process to fight through.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page. Since this is a young, evolving studio, treat this as a living document rather than a fixed contract.
